Global Construction Project Portfolio

I'm thrilled you're here.

I was born in Ankara, grew up in Izmir, and now live in Toronto, Ontario ๐Ÿ. I am a dedicated father to a bright and compassionate son and a thankful husband to a supportive and inspiring wife.

From my early days as a civil engineering student, I carried a vision shaped by the remarkable projects I once admired in documentaries: designing and delivering landmark structures across the globe. That vision guided my career and led me into some of the most complex and inspiring construction projects of our time.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of contributing to critical packages within two megaprojects and multiple large-scale developments in Canada, Tรผrkiye, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Libya, and Azerbaijan. Each assignment strengthened my ability to manage scope, cost, and stakeholder coordination in demanding environments.

My journey has extended beyond constructing buildings. For me, construction is not only about physical structures but also about creating smarter systems and sustainable solutions. I adopted digital tools, coding, and project management technologies, recognizing how innovation is transforming the industry. From automating workflows to optimizing project execution, I have committed myself to merging construction expertise with technology to achieve efficiency and measurable outcomes.

Today, I am entering a new chapter. My goal is to share the lessons I have gained over the years through insights, articles, and practical resources focused on design, project delivery, and leadership. This website is not just a portfolio, it is a platform dedicated to advancing smarter and more sustainable construction practices.

Scope: Home additions, full renovations, new builds from the ground up
Value: Typical project budgets between $1Mโ€“$3M
Worked as Project Manager (Coordinator / Estimator)
Toronto / CANADA ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Key Focus: Full-cycle project delivery covering permitting and municipal approvals, architectural and structural coordination, cost estimation, subcontractor and supplier management, scheduling and progress tracking, stakeholder communication, interior and exterior trades integration, and final compliance with Canadian Building Code.

--------------

The Modular Home Additions projects in Toronto involved a series of residential works ranging from restorations of existing houses to the construction of new timber-frame homes built entirely from the ground up. Using prefabricated modules assembled off-site and connected on site, the projects delivered faster timelines and minimized disruption for homeowners while ensuring high construction quality. This method allowed both modern expansions and complex renovations to be carried out efficiently and with precision.

Each project combined complete exterior and interior scopes, including faรงades, roofing, windows, drywall, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. All architectural design and permitting requirements were managed in line with Canadian Building Code and municipal approvals. With budgets typically between $1M and $3M, these works demonstrated how modular and timber- frame methods can achieve sustainable, compliant, and high-value residential outcomes in the Canadian market.

Key Focus: Management of technical office and reinforced concrete works, rebar scheduling and
quantity tracking, automation tools for calculation accuracy, coordination between design, procurement, and site execution, supplier negotiation, stakeholder presentations, and strict sequencing to maintain continuous public access during construction.

--------------

The Increasing Mataf Capacity Project was unlike any conventional infrastructure program. It was delivered in the heart of Mecca, inside the most visited religious site in the world, where construction had to proceed while thousands of worshippers moved through the same space every day. At peak times, tens of thousands of people occupied areas directly adjacent to the work zones, creating unparalleled safety, logistics, and sequencing challenges. Few projects globally require this level of continuous coordination between engineering, security, and public movement.

On the technical side, the scale of reinforced concrete and rebar operations was extraordinary. Massive foundations and vertical structures demanded high-strength concrete up to 100 MPa and the installation of some of the heaviest rebar couplers in modern construction. The density of reinforcement, combined with the confined working areas and the presence of over 200 active site workers daily, required innovative planning and strict quality control to keep progress aligned.

Total Area for the New Construction: 1,265,330 sqft
Strength of the Concrete: 100 MPa.
Column diameter: up to 6.56ft w/ T40 Coupler Vert. Reinforcements up to 150 pcs.
